The woman is 23-year-old Tracy Ann Roberts, whose last known address was a room on the beach block of Tennessee Avenue, Blitz said. Roberts died from asphyxia by unspecified means. &#13;Roberts was a 5Í 8î tall, white female, about 120 pounds with a butterfly tattoo on the small of her back.
